NTsocial Community Standards
1. Purpose
NTsocial is designed for nearby, decentralized communication. Everyone using NTsocial must respect other people, applicable law, and these Community Standards. These rules apply to public posts, channels, private messages, profiles, images, audio, files, locations, map objects, and other content or conduct using NTsocial.
2. Prohibited Content and Conduct
Do not use NTsocial to create, send, request, promote, or coordinate:
- credible threats, violence, terrorism, stalking, targeted harassment, bullying, or encouragement of self-harm;
- child sexual abuse or exploitation, grooming, sexual coercion, or non-consensual intimate content;
- hateful or dehumanizing attacks based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or another protected characteristic;
- impersonation, fraud, scams, spam, malware, credential theft, or unauthorized access to devices or networks;
- illegal goods, unlawful activity, or instructions whose primary purpose is to cause unlawful harm;
- content that infringes copyright, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or another person's rights; or
- another person's private, precise-location, financial, health, identity, or other sensitive information without authorization.
3. User Safety Controls
Where supported, recipients can report a message, hide it on that device, and block its sender. Some high-confidence abusive text may be blocked before posting or hidden on the receiving device until the recipient chooses to reveal it. Filtering is limited, text-focused, and does not detect every abusive phrase, image, recording, file, or language.
Use available controls and avoid engaging with a person who is threatening or abusive. Blocking and hiding are local actions and do not erase copies already held by other participants.
4. Reporting
Report safety issues through the App where available, or email contact@liber-ant.com. When safe, include the message ID, sender fingerprint, relevant excerpt or attachment, approximate time, conversation scope, and context. Do not send unrelated sensitive information.
The iOS report flow prepares an email for your review; nothing is transmitted until you choose to send it through your mail app. See the Privacy Policy for report data and retention.
Immediate danger: NTsocial is not an emergency service. Contact local emergency services first if someone may be in immediate danger.
5. Response and Decentralized Limitations
LiberaNt will review reports as promptly as reasonably possible, may request additional information, and may take technically and legally available steps. These can include support guidance, blocking recommendations, product-safety changes, preservation of relevant reports, restrictions on company-controlled services, or referral to appropriate authorities.
NTsocial does not operate a central message feed or universal user-account directory. LiberaNt may not have a copy of content unless someone includes it in a report, and cannot promise remote deletion of content or network-wide ejection of a peer after information has reached independent devices.
6. Enforcement, Appeals, and Questions
Factors considered can include the content, context, severity, credibility, repeated behavior, impact, law, and technical evidence available. If you believe a company-controlled action was taken in error, or you need to add context to a report, email contact@liber-ant.com. Abuse of the reporting process may itself violate these Standards.
