To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LiberaNt LLC and its contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Software, even if LiberaNt LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The Software and all related content—including source code, trademarks, visual design, documentation, and any associated intellectual property—are the exclusive property of LiberaNt LLC. They are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws in the United States, Taiwan, and other jurisdictions. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Software without prior written consent from LiberaNt LLC.

4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Disclaimer and any disputes arising from or relating to the Software shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to the Software shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Wyoming.
